a house is a major pain in my arse.
just thought I'd throw that in here for the day. I hate the Realtor game!! :(

anyone want to buy/rent a house in McKinney?
or how about a 93 olds acheiva for $1700?.... Rich's grandpa has one that his renter left him as payment. It's red and the interior is clean as hell.

What happened to your tennant? ...this is your house, right?

If anyone is looking for a house in the area and hasn't seen the place, this is a GREAT house. Lots of room for the square footage, it lives bigger than it is - Kitchen, Living and breakfast area are all one grand room - AWESOME house for entertaining. Big Master Bedroom, HUGE back yard... Neat place!

...plus for you car guys the place is specially wired by Rich.

Do you guys have a listing? If so post a link. You should be able to move that house without too much trouble!

Good luck to you.

...come to think of it, I know a couple of people who might be looking. I'll pass the listing to them.

It is wired with an alarm, but it isn't monitored currently. Camera's would be easy to add as it is a one story and the attic is above the garage. Very open attic. I added a flood light and a 220 in garage on their own separate breakers, as well as an extra 110 outlet at the head of the garage for power by my workbench. The garage floor is painted, but needs to be finished about 2 feet across the floor by the garage door....I ran out of paint. I would rent it but I am pretty picky about it due to the HOA. They haven't been a pain, but the subdivision just took control as of January, so I'm not familiar with how anal the newbies are. If your interested pm me we can talk.

What's the sq ft? Bdrms? etc..

Ferret

1680 Sqft.
Seperate shower and garden tub in master. Master bedroom is huge. I'll be there tomorrow morning and will take measurements. The walk in closet in the master is damn big, too. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths. There is a covered patio in the backyard. The 2-car garage has some shelving, and pegboard already up and going. Richard put a lot of boards down in the attic, so there is a ton of storage space. He put an extra cable outlet in the family room, so you have a lot of options when arranging your furniture.
Anyone who is interested and would like to see the house, I should hopefully still be in town through the weekend and take you through it.

My current renters are leaving May 1st, so it would be available for occupancy at that time. Well-behaved animals are ok. The neighbors were used to loud cars and cars being worked on when we lived there, so a car-enthusiast renter should be just fine.

I'll try to remember what the name of my floorplan was and post up a link. We moved into the house brand-new in December of 2004, so it is still fairly new.

Give Richard a call on that, and he can get ahold of his dad for you. It's red inside and out, and in great shape. There are just some minor paint chips here and there like any other car in dfw. It is residing right now in Arlington. His dad put a new radiator and battery in it and it purrs like a kitten. He just wants it out of the driveway to make room for the Chevelle.
I can meet you out there this weekend if you want to look at it. Just let me know!

Again, this house is near the Frisco side of McKinney. Frisco school district, McKinney address. Close to 121, 380, and 75. Only minutes away from MoJo, YYZ28, Ken Cryder, and now TIMMEH. Not sure if that is a good selling point though.... hmmm.... ;) :D

Oh yeah... there is a community pool that is at the end of the street that the house is located on. The house is on the first street in the subdivision, so it's easy in and out.

HEY!!! :D Good luck with the sale/rental. If you are selling, do you have an asking price? How about a rental price?

Here are some pictures of inside the house. These are from when we first bought the house, so stuff like the unfinished mantle in the family room has long since been completed :)
