Moving On Up!!!!......

Tim & I are ecstatic to announce that we are now the proud new owners of a pile of dirt!! WOOHOOOOOO!!!! We're building our first home together which is slated to break ground in late May to early June. We're estimated to close on our new house in late September. Our builder is Bloomfield Homes & our community, The Enclave at Summit Pointe, is located off 380 and Community Blvd. just west of 75 in McKinney. Here's the first round of pics....with many more to come throughout the process I'm sure! YAY YAY YAY we're finally getting a house!!!!!!!

Ok here's the floorplan, except this only shows the 1 story, and ours is the 2 story with the media room above bedrooms 2 & 3. The staircase will start in between the family room and the master bedroom directly across from the door leading outside to the covered patio. If they ever get the Dogwood 2 floorplan on their website then I'll be able post it up. :D
