Once again, I am pleased to invite you and your car out to the,
20th Consecutive Taco Cabana GTG
In beautiful Garland Texas, I-30 and Beltline.
Monday, October 3rd, 2005, from 8:00pm to 11:00.
The brunt of cars come between 9 and 10, so please if you come early don’t be discouraged and drive off! This gtg has attracted 80+ cars the last two weeks in a row, everything from a bagged 1961 Cadillac, to a 6 second daily driven third generation Camaro! You will have a great time at this DRAMA FREE G-T-G. That’s right, totally legal, no drama, no street racing or burnouts. This is a nice, large gtg that’s a great place to relax, check out cars, meet new friends, and enjoy some cheap tacos underneath the clear Texas sky!
So, I wanted to personally invite all my auto-enthusiasts, domestic drivers, import owners, bike riders, and truck lovers out to this growing get together. Lets all be calm, keep a cool head on your shoulders, and we will continue to be invited back again and again to have a good time. I hope to see you guys there!
No matter what you drive, your welcome to come out just as long as you dont act like an asshat. I know you car has some serious bhp, but lets not show everyone with an annoying rev, eh? I know your new springs make your car drift "mad tight yo", but lets not show the world on a public street, eh? I know your cars alignment is so good you can hop out of the car and stand on the side of it while you go down the road, but lets wait for an audition for the circus or a stuntman comes along to that, ok? I know your car might be equipped with military grade stobe lights, but theres no need to leave them on for hours and hours. Show what you got, and turn em off. We dont need the GTG to look like a garage sale, eh?
Get the point? Im just trying to ensure that this GTG will be going for a long time to come. The GPD will be stepping in tommorow night to ensure that everyone has a safe fun time. Come expecting record numbers again, this one is going to be great!
See yall there.
