This saturday I'm buying a 96-97 Ford F-150 from my friends dad. The engine, body, and interior are all in order. It is a manuel transmission. He's had a LOT of problems with it, and he's replaced the clutch, slave and master cylinders. My dad is a Ford guy and since its a manuel transmission he'd be able to rebuild it easily. I'm getting it for $1000, and I'm looking to make some money off of it. What would be the cheapest/cost effective tranny rebuild kit? rather, who can I trust to get parts from to rebuild it. I'm sorry I can't give more details about the car, I wont get it till saturday. If I can't resell it, hey I have something to bring the Lt1-T56 home for my Rx-7 :D
