This question is those who have done S10 Blazer V8 conversions, the question being is the use of a MINI STARTER totaly necessary when going to SML BLOCK Chevy? Or can the stock starter be used?

P.S. what exhaust are you going to run? in know that makes a differance. I believe he used the Hooker conversion longtubes on his

Soulfuls; I plan to use stock exhust manifolds, because I have to meet CALF. Emissions.
