BUG: Custom Avtar? And Can't change custom text... :FIXED

I'm going to merge this one with the custom text one. I think they both had the same limitations before so I think the fix would be the same for both of them shouldn't it Baskett?

All I see is that I can chose one that is already there. Sorry :)

I'm turned these features back on... The upgrade placed them in a different location and defaulted to off.....

It's fixed now.

Matt did the rules for being able to change your custom user text and/or avatar become changed in the upgrade?
